Cognac got its name from the city of the same name in the heart of the Charente department – the famous cognac region of France. The variety of brandy is made by double distillation from white grape varieties. Cognac acquires its characteristic aroma of oak and vanilla, golden-amber color and unique taste qualities during aging in oak barrels.
Blended from eaux-de-vie exclusively sourced from the Borderies Terroir, Martell Single Cru Borderies rolls over the tongue with sweet fruit and subtle florals.
